Vaidika Ayurvedic Centre is a DHA-licensed Ayurvedic medical centre in Deira, Dubai. We offer doctor consultations, Panchakarma, classical Ayurvedic massage, Shirodhara and condition-focused care for pain, weight, postnatal recovery and skin and hair concerns.
What makes us different is how we work. Ayurveda at Vaidika starts with a doctor, not a menu. Your consultation looks at your constitution, digestion, sleep, stress and medical history, and only then is a treatment plan recommended. Therapies are carried out by trained therapists in private rooms, and the doctor reviews your progress as you go.
Who we help
People come to us for support with persistent back and joint pain, stress and poor sleep, weight management, recovery after childbirth, hair fall and skin conditions, and for seasonal Panchakarma programmes to reset digestion and energy. Ayurveda works alongside your existing medical care, and our doctors will tell you plainly what it can and cannot help with.

Where is Vaidika Ayurvedic Centre located?
We are on the ground floor of Zeenah Building, 12 28th Street, Deira, Dubai, directly opposite Deira City Centre mall and about two minutes on foot from Deira City Centre Metro Station on the Red Line.
Do I need a doctor consultation before booking a massage or therapy?
Yes. Every treatment at Vaidika is prescribed by a DHA-licensed Ayurvedic doctor after a consultation, so that the therapy, oils and duration suit your health and constitution.
Is Ayurvedic treatment covered by insurance in Dubai?
Several UAE insurers cover Ayurvedic consultations and treatments depending on your plan. Send us a photo of your insurance card on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is covered before your visit.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 10:00 to 22:00, seven days a week, including weekends.
Can I book without insurance?
Yes. Self-paying patients are welcome. The doctor will explain the recommended plan and the centre will confirm charges before any treatment begins.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your Emirates ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any recent medical reports, prescriptions or test results. Wear comfortable clothing if a therapy is planned on the same day.
